That really bothers me. A friend of mine actually got her sexual assault case to court and throughout the case she was treated as the guilty one. The womyn who report often have their character denigrated. "Oh you were drinking" or "oh you wore a short skirt" or "oh your involved in kink" .. "its your fault".
